Mixed media, watercolor and acrylic on unstretched canvas, 18x20” . This painting of an evergreen oak was made using sketches and photos that I took while visiting Spain. The patterns that are underneath are Moorish patterns found in the Alhambra and throughout Spain. They are there to highlight and honor the culture of the country.
